Why am I sharing this? Because in our professional lives, we often encounter similar battles of motivation and self-doubt. that shared experience, shared emotions - gives me goosebumps every time. I know the experience will make me feel fully alive, combining two things I love: face-to-face meetings and the ultimate communal experience of being part of a theatre audience. This trip isn’t just about my love for the theatre it’s also a chance to reconnect with a friend I haven’t seen in months. So, here I am, braving the dark, rainy evening, heading to London. Then I read Rob Dando’s post about battling to get up and exercise in the morning and I shared Mel Robbins 5 second rule with him and then laughed at how easy it is to share advice with others but not action it ourselves 🫣
